New House

In Mid-November we moved to a new house on the otherside of town. We are really enjoying being close to shopping and James' work. Here we are posing in front of the new place.

Sleeping

Couldn't resist. I had to take a picture of these two sleeping.

New Stroller

Miles is fascinated with wheels. He was trying to play with the wheels of his new stroller while I was assembling it. Since I wasn't getting much accomplished with his "help", I thought I'd just take some pictures. Eventually the stroller did get put together and we love it.

Packing

We just moved from Casita Court to Delicious Lane. Miles enjoyed playing in the boxes.

Miles' Cast

Ok so I feel like the winner of Worst Mom in the World award.

I slipped down the stairs while I was holding Miles and he ended up with a what is called a greenstick fracture of one of the bones in his foot. The specialist put on a cast. The cast actually popped off 2 days after getting it but the doctor wasn't concerned so we got to keep it off. Miles has been enjoying his freedom ever since. Luckily the injury hasn't slowed him down. He has started walking on his own here and there and getting really good at it. The follow up visit at the doctors was positive and it looks like he'll be just fine. Whew! That's a relief for James and me!

Clown Face

Miles had a cast put on, and the nurse gave him some licorice to keep him happy. He loved it and enjoyed it during the drive home. When we got home we discovered his face. It was covered with red licorice and very cute so we had to take the picture and add it here.

Halloween

For Halloween Miles was a pumpkin. James chose that because pumpkin is Miles' nickname. (in case you haven't already guessed based on the blog address) We didn't really get good pictures of him in his costume, but here he is with his friend Wayne at the Ward Halloween party and at home with daddy.

Daddy's Drum

Miles loves to play the drum. He crawls to it and wedges himself between it and the wall so he can stay standing and hit it.
